Itinerary
Day 1 Chongqing Arrival
Upon arrival at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, our driver will await you at Airport. A private, air-conditioned vehicle transfers you directly to the hotel for a smooth check in. The remainder of the day is free to rest or explore the surrounding area. The hotel we arrange is ideally located for convenient access to the city’s central landmarks.

Day 2 Chongqing to Fuling & Xiannü Town
Visit the White Crane Ridge Underwater Museum, the world’s first underwater hydrological museum. Descend into a submerged gallery to view over 1,600 stone inscriptions recording Yangtze River water levels since the Tang Dynasty. Then proceed to Xiannü Mountain National Park, known as the “Switzerland of the East”. Board the sightseeing train to cross vast alpine grasslands and admire dramatic karst scenery. Day 3 Xiannü Town to Pengshui County (2 hours drive)
Take a sightseeing elevator down into the Three Natural Bridges valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Marvel at Tianlong, Qinglong, and Heilong, three massive limestone arches surrounded by deep gorges. Recognisable film locations from Curse of the Golden Flower and Transformers 4 appear along the trail. Later, descend into the Ground Crack Canyon via suspended plank paths, passing waterfalls and narrow fissures that reveal only a slit of sky.

Day 4 Pengshui to Chongqing (3 hours drive)
Explore Chiyou Nine Li City, China’s largest traditional Miao architectural complex. Walk through the Nine Gates, view the Nine Li Divine Pillar, and visit the Miao Museum to learn about ethnic history, silver craftsmanship, and folk customs. Afterwards, enjoy a scenic boat cruise along the Wujiang Gallery, passing ancient ferries and cliff side villages. Return to downtown Chongqing in the evening.

Day 5 Chongqing City Tour (2 hours drive)
Stroll through Ciqikou Ancient Town, a millennium old riverside settlement with stone paved alleys and traditional courtyard architecture. After sample local snacks at Ciqikou we will proceed to the Liziba Observation Deck to witness the famous monorail train passing directly through a residential building, a remarkable engineering feat. Conclude with a two-river night cruise on the Yangtze and Jialing rivers, enjoying illuminated views of Hongyadong and the central skyline.

Day 6 Chongqing City Tour
Today’s visiting route starts from the Mountain City Trail, then proceed to Shibati (eighteen steps) with its restored stilt houses, afterwards we will take the Yangtze River Cableway for aerial river views, followed by a walk through Longmenhao Old Street and Xiahaoli Old Street, both featuring preserved Republican era architecture. Enjoy the city skyline by sipping a tea on the Nanshan (south mountain) of Chongqing.

Day 7 Chongqing Departure
Enjoy a leisurely morning. Based on the flight schedule, a private transfer will be arranged to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. We will bid you farewell and wish you a pleasant journey to the next destination or back home.
