Amazing Panda Park Adventure
Meet a pile of the world's most adorable giant pandas at Chengdu Panda Base from the comfort of your home. More than 150 pandas live in this downtown panda base, including some mothers and cubs that are rarely seen at anywhere else in the world.
This experience will start with me talking about my background and my personal journey and passion for pandas. Through video, I will lead the guests to explore the panda cub enclosures. You’ll immerse yourself in the panda paradise with full of cute panda cubs. We comment everything live we see in our recorded video. In the end, feel free to ask any questions about traveling in China and pandas :)
The pandas could be hidden in the trees, behind the bush, in the cave. Let’s work together and find them.

Q:How to participate?
A: Our virtual tours are all hosted on the Zoom video conferencing platform.
Q:Do you offer private tours?
A: YES! Our virtual tour is great for families, team-buildings, company events, birthday parties. Contact us to book a private tour. It's USD17/pp. Private groups available for up to 200.
Q:Can I share my Zoom link with my friends?
A: Please keep the link to yourself. One booking for one person only.
Q:Can I buy a tour as a gift?
A:Absolutely! All of our tours are available for purchase as gifts, perfect for birthdays, bonuses, holidays, and presents. You can buy the tour packages times the number of the people you want to share.
Q:What should I prepare before the virtual tour??
A:
1.Computer with speakers and microphone / or mobile /tablet (but I recommend computer)
2. Check if you can use Zoom on your equipment !! (The tours use both audio and video, so check out these system requirements to make sure your device will work. Video conferencing is interactive, so you’ll be able to communicate with your host and other guests as much or as little as you’d like.)

Q:Can I cancel my tour?
A: We offer a full refund if you are not happy with our tours.
Q:What should I do if the ZOOM is disconnected?
A:The host will rejoin the ZOOM meetings if the signal got disconnected.
Here are few steps and tips we’ve taken to help protect your privacy.
1. Guest video is turned off upon entry into the Zoom meeting room
2. Use the most up-to-date version of the Zoom app
3. Be aware of your surroundings and what’s behind you when you are on camera – your host and other guests will be able to see it
4. Mute yourself until you’re ready to speak
5. Take care when using the group chat feature as all participants will be able to read what you post
6. Please do not screenshot or take photos of other guests without their permission
Q:I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay with the credit card?
A:Yes, you can still pay with your Debit or Credit card. This is how it works:
1) On your cart page, click on the "Complete Order" button. After clicking "Complete order", you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.
2) Click on the button "Pay with Credit or Debit Card"
3) Fill in your payment details, billing address and delivery address.
Follow the instructions, click "Continue" and voilà! :)
